Set the entry fee, class prices and cancellation rules once for the whole venue. Trainers then just publish their classes.
- Entry fee and a price list per class format, with exceptions for individual categories
- Who sets the price: for each format you decide whether your price list applies or the trainer's price
- Monthly entry cap: once a regular reaches it, entry is free for the rest of the month
- A welcome perk for new members: first entry, first class or both for free
- Cancellation deadline, a late-cancellation penalty and an optional negative balance with a limit

No monthly fee, no licence. Commission is charged only on payments you take through fitliftly, and it never exceeds 2,990 CZK a month per active branch.

How invoicing works

- To accept payments you need a company ID and a bank account; cards are switched on once the Stripe gateway verifies you

No. fitliftly is free for athletes. They pay only for entry and classes, at the prices you set.
You do. Top-up money goes straight to your account and fitliftly never holds it. Credits are kept separately for each venue and trainer; in a chain they work at all your branches.
Whoever you choose: a receptionist, a branch manager, you, or a shared front-desk account on the computer at the entrance. Scanning works with a tablet or laptop camera or an ordinary QR scanner.
Yes. On the scanner you pick “Benefit card” as the entry method and the entry is recorded for the member. In the price list you set for each class format whether benefit cards are accepted.
You run all branches from one dashboard. Members have one wallet for the whole chain, and billing and promotions are shared. Each branch has its own prices, capacities, opening hours and staff. The commission cap applies to each active branch.
Under Promotion and links you'll find a switch-over page with a ready-made WhatsApp message and e-mail. Anyone who signs up through it or through your link becomes your member straight away.
